"Adventure Awaits" Large Picture Ready 50 State Wooden USA Puzzle. A 48" wide picture friendly puzzle useful for displaying personal pictures. You can attach pictures to individual states that represent memories made in that state. Trim to fit and create a mural showcasing your travel memories!
Even at this size, several of the New England states are quite small. We have included extra large versions of MD, DE, CT, RI, and MA. You could use these to attach pictures to the state shape.
Loctite Fun-Tak Mounting Putty Tabs can be used to easily mount the pieces to any clean, dry, porous or non-porous surface. The included mounting tabs are non-toxic, repositionable and will not dry out. The mounting putty allows to move the puzzle or remove a piece, attach a picture and place back into place. The mounting putty IS NOT included.
This puzzle consists of 51 pieces showing the 50 state in a proportional size to the other states. Except for Alaska. Alaska is much smaller than proportional. The state name can be engraved in each piece if desired. See attached photos.
The lower 48 USA Map measures about 30" tall x 48" long. When completed, the puzzle can be painted, stained or left natural. Pieces can be glued or taped together to create an interesting wall display. You could attached magnets to the back for display on a metallic surface.
An excellent tool for educators, parents, and grandparents to help children (and adults) learn about individual state's names and location within the United States. Games can be invented to help teach the geography of our great nation. Research why some states are shaped as they are. These are a hit with adults as a means to identify location significant events like states visited, the location of extended family members, corporate offices, store locations, etc. When put together creates a beautiful and memorial mural. Very suitable for a display model either at home, office or at school.
NOTE: The maps can be used in many different ways and made into beautiful murals. We do not frame, paint, or stain the pieces before shipment unless it is a custom order.

The states are made of 1/4" RevolutionPly® Lauan plywood so they are durable and repairable. The states are laser cut and the fit is exact. The pieces are sanded to remove soot.
Not recommended for younger children without supervision. Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland could cause choking hazards.
